1. Free UK Delivery

We are pleased to offer free delivery across the UK on some products. To qualify for free delivery, please ensure that your order is placed before 3 PM. We strive to dispatch all such orders the same day; however, while we do our utmost to meet this target, we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch due to varying order volumes and inventory levels. All orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).

2. International Delivery

For our international customers, we ship orders via Royal Mail. While Royal Mail is committed to fast and efficient service, please note that delivery times can vary significantly depending on your country’s customs processes, the local postal service, and other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding that delays may occur due to these external factors.

3. General Shipping Information

  • Order Processing: Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day. During high volume periods, such as holidays, processing times may extend beyond one business day.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for international deliveries are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
  • Customs and Import Duties: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Customs duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will vary from one country to another. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
